Do not go to the warehouse until we notify you that the order is ready for pickup.

Warehouse Pickup

For pickups from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse:

1. Click on "Save for later" to get an order number.
2. Contact us with your saved order number.
3. You will receive an e-mail with a link to checkout your order.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Same Day Pickup

* Available on standard stock products (that do not need shop work).
* Orders must be placed before noon.
* Since our warehouse closes early on Fridays, please check for pickup availability.

Pickups are available by customer only, not by freight company. We do not do crating and packing in a manner suitable for shipping via freight companies, and we cannot take responsibility of damages that can possibly occur during shipping. Therefore, orders will not be available for pick up by freight companies. Please note that there will be no exceptions.

Hinge Information

Doormart USA's hinge and lock locations.

All our doors (wood & hollow metal) match up to the hinge and lock locations of our frames.

Hinges are not included when selecting doors & frames together. Hinges must be added to the cart separately.

 

Our doors and frames are prepped and reinforced for standard 4.5” X 4.5” butt hinges. Doors up to 7’-0” height are prepped for 3 hinges, Doors 7’-10” & 8’-0” are prepped for 4 hinges.

For Heavy Weight Hinges: Hinge reinforcements can easily be converted to accommodate heavy weight hinges by grinding down the raised embossments to attain heavy weight depth.

Continuous Hinges may require wider frames or narrower doors to accommodate the hinge thickness.

Credit Card Declined

The most common reason a credit card is declined on our websites is when the customer exceeds the limit the credit card allows for one transaction. Please call the phone number on the back of your card. Otherwise, you can contact us.

Returns

Doormart USA will help you navigate your visit to a broad array of products. When you are ready to order, you will know that you will be receiving the highest quality products. All goods leave our warehouse or the manufacturer in perfect condition. They are all known for their strict quality control programs. As a result, all sales are final and not subject to return or cancellation once an order has been placed. All products prepared for shipping are carefully checked to assure that there are no defects. However, should a product prove to be defective due to the manufacturer's actions, we will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period. Please send us an e-Mail found on our contact page for a return authorization number, and also briefly describe the reasons for your requested return. You must receive an RGA # before you return any goods to us and make sure that the RGA# appears on your return packing label. The product must be in original factory condition and returned in its original packaging. The package must include all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and returned in the box in which it was originally shipped to be considered for credit or exchange. Doormart USA guarantees you the most efficient and quickest delivery in accordance with our shipping policies or the shipping policies of our manufacturers. We use common carriers and make every effort to fulfill your order in the most efficient manner. Doormart USA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of any kind resulting from delay in delivery. All our shipping offers apply only to the contiguous United States of America and not Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses. For these locations, we do offer to ship to your freight forwarder, but do not allow freight forwarder pickups.
